By the time I had built my first product I had already made over $10,000 online. However, if I had just continued without creating my product, I would have made a total of $40,000 that first year (i.e. the amount I made in affiliate commissions).

Because I created my own product I was able to pull in around $150,000, AND my affiliate commissions went up.

This is simply because you will have more customers on your list, and customers have been proven to make you more money as they are more likely to spend more.

This module was designed to help you overcome those problems, allowing you to better manage your business (i.e. employees, partners, systems, etc.) and thus build your profits faster.

This module is named after an excellent book by Jim Daniels with the same title. I owe much of my business success to what I learned from Jim.

For example, we are going to talk about:

* How putting people in the right places is more important than having just the right people.

* Why your business strategies should be giving you time, and not taking it.

* How you can prevent "information overload" by only buying the right educational products at the right time

* Why you shouldn't diversify at first, and why it might still be dangerous later on.
